Assistant Project Manager
We are looking for an efficient Assistant Project Manager to contribute and support the planning and execution of projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
- Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
Carpenter
The Construction Carpenter will build, erect, install, and repair forms, structures, and other fixtures made from wood and other materials as needed to assist with various types of construction projects.
- Installing wooden structures such as roofing framers, joists, partitions, rafters, and stud work
- Adding fittings and fixtures including door handles, hinges, locks, and closures
- Selecting lumber as per the requirements of the project and sourcing wood that fits within budget and meets style specifications
- Liaising with clients to discuss project details, budgets, and timelines
- Working with suppliers to obtain necessary material while staying within the customer budget
- Consulting other construction professionals to ensure the best possible results and the final product
- Reading blueprints and designs prepared by other architects, construction professionals, and ensuring they meet building code recommendations and requirements.
Cabinet Installer
We are seeking a Cabinet Installer with cabinet-making experience or carpentry skills.
- Determine layout and installation procedures based on the drawings and specifications.
- Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations of the cabinet boxes.
- Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies that need to be used for installation.
- Load and unload trucks with supplies and cabinets materials.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Utilize hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
- Install, repair and service interior or exterior prefabricated products.
Tile Setter
As a Tilesetter, you may work indoors and outdoors, alone or with a team of other construction professionals.
- Meeting with Splash Contracting to discuss their tiling and marbling needs.
- Measuring the area that must be tiled or marbled to determine stock requirements.
- Providing Splash Contracting with accurate quotes for the intended job.
- Ordering stock supplies and gathering tiling equipment based on the Splash Contracting specs.
- Cutting and shaping tiles or marble to size.
- Cleaning and leveling the surface area.
- Applying tiling cement and arranging tiles or marble according to design plans.
- Applying tiling grout.
- Cleaning off excess grout and conducting post-installation inspections.
- Splash Contracting to expect to make sure it passes on the quality.
Cabinet Maker
Cabinetmakers build, repair and install wooden cabinets, furniture and fixtures. They are employed by custom furniture manufacturers, construction companies and cabinetmaking contractors, or they may be self-employed.
- Operating woodworking machines and using hand tools to cut, shape and form wood or any types of materials.
- Fitting parts together using brad nailer, Staple gun, glue and clamps.
- Reinforcing joints using screws.
- Trimming joints.
- Sanding wooden surfaces and applying veneer, stain or polish to finish products.
- Repairing or re-styling wooden furniture or fixtures.
- Making outlines or dimensions on plywood, particle board or MDF materials.
- Preparing or interpreting drawings or blueprint.
